The 'Contact Subscribed' trigger can be used to trigger outbound SMS flows.

Running the trigger:

After adding this node to your flow, you can trigger the flow in 3 ways:

  • From our API

  • From our Zapier Plugin

  • From the contacts page:

    • Navigate to

    • Click 'View' on a contact.

    • Click 'Subscribe to a flow'

    • This will trigger the flow for the selected contact.
